Because investor time is highly valuable and physical space is strictly capped, live pitching places are extremely limited. To ensure every live pitch is backed by a production-ready project, the Pitch Festival uses a rigorous script-vetting process.

Script Submission Phase

  • Pitch Simple Members:Free evaluation. Active platform subscribers can upload their written script or treatment for festival consideration at no additional cost.
  • Non-Members:Welcome to submit. You do not need an active marketplace subscription to apply for the Pitch Festival, but non-members must pay a flat Script Consideration Fee.

Selection & Attendance Phase

  • Submitting a script or holding a platform membership does not guarantee selection for a live pitching spot. Our panel evaluates your written work purely on creative merit, structure, and concept viability.
  • Attendance is not free for anyone. If your written material is selected by our panel, you will still be required to purchase a ticket to the in-person event in Melbourne or Sydney.
